Palm Springs is THE place to be now-June if you want an easy SoCal getaway (2-3 hours from both LA and San Diego) that brings sunshine, tranquil vibes, and aesthetics. ☀️ I’ve absolutely loved moving here, and I can’t believe it’s been almost a year!⁣

If you’re planning a weekend getaway here, these are my top 3 Wellness Palm Springs Vacation Must-Dos:⁣

1. Rent bikes and ride around the Movie Colony, Old Las Palmas, or Indian Canyons neighborhoods. 🚲 You get stunning desert mountain views + a chance to see Palm Springs’ famous midcentury home architecture.⁣

2. Get dinner outside at The Farm. 🍽️ Dinner is better than brunch there imo. You’ll experience their stunning garden with ambient lighting, live music (select days), and a well-priced 3 course menu that features seasonal, locally-sourced produce, eggs, and artisanal meats. Reservations needed!⁣

3. …and of course—Book a Private Yoga class with me! 🧘🏻‍♀️ I teach almost all our Coachella Valley classes myself, and it’s the best way to ease into your morning and enjoy more of your Airbnb. (I loved leading this girls’ trip group back in September!)⁣

…and that’s a wrap on November 2025! ✨ So grateful for a full month of Private Yoga classes that included a Corporate Retreat, Bachelorette Parties, Sound Healing, Couples Yoga, and so much more. We get to work with the best people! Nothing better than sharing the joy of yoga with groups. 🧘🏻‍♀️⁣

A lot of being a Private Yoga teacher means riding the wave—every year, things slow down around the holidays. I’ve learned to trust that this is just part of the industry cycle, and it makes me extra thankful for the groups we get to serve. It’s such an important time of year to take care of our physical and mental health!⁣
