You asked for it, San Diego! And it’s BACK, starting in May. Join mobile yoga studio Mind Body Badass every Wednesday from 6:00-7:00 pm for a Sunset Slow Flow Donation Yoga class at the Point Loma Marina, on the lawn at @jimmys_famous. 🧘🏻‍♀️⁣

I used to teach this class every week, but paused it for the winter and it’s been on hiatus since I’ve moved to Palm Springs. But even though I can’t be there to teach the classes myself, I’ve lined up a rotating schedule of some of the best yoga teachers in San Diego to guide you through your weekly practice. And I promise to make a guest appearance as often as I can. 😘⁣

This class is open and accessible to all. All ages and experience levels welcome (including beginners!). Donations are accepted by the instructor but are never required to attend. 🙏🏼⁣

I am always blown away by the beauty of this hidden sanctuary whenever I get to guest teach at the @jfgmsandiego in San Diego’s Balboa Park. 😍🌸 It was especially magical to be here during the rare cherry blossom bloom! A bunch of hummingbirds joined us for yoga on the koi pond deck. 🧘🏻‍♀️⁣

Cherry Blossom trees only bloom once a year for 1-2 weeks. In Japanese culture, Cherry Blossoms (or Sakura) represent the fleeting nature of life—reminding us to embrace the present moment fully. Their short yet breathtaking bloom symbolizes beauty, renewal, and the impermanence of all things. This makes them a powerful metaphor for mindfulness, letting go, and finding joy in the now. ✨⁣

No really—have you ever noticed the birds when you practice outside? I swear they’re drawn to the good vibrations. 🧘🏻‍♀️🪶⁣

This roadrunner came charging up to me while I was recording a yoga class outside in Palm Springs for my YouTube channel. Lil dude wants to be a Mind Body Badass! He was SO curious—it felt like a good omen for my move out here in January. I’ve noticed birds before in my classes… Whenever I teach on the beach at the Hotel Del Coronado, the seagulls nestle up nearby to sleep in the sand. Recently a seabird overlooked a class I taught at the Point Loma Marina from a nearby boat, squawking every now and then. I mean, my dogs always loved when we did yoga—why not birds, too? Makes me feel like a Disney Princess haha. 🤗⁣
