At Mind Body Badass, we bring approachable and accessible meditation experiences to groups of all kinds throughout Southern California (and worldwide online, thanks to Zoom). Our meditation sessions are designed to be easy to follow, inclusive, and actually enjoyable—even for first-timers who think they “can’t meditate” (or don’t like to). We specialize in helping people drop in with ease, no silence or uncomfortable lotus position required. Our teachers strike the perfect balance between verbally guiding you through the process of becoming more present and allowing you time to be still with yourself.
Our founder, Amy Baack, is a certified 200-hour Meditation Teacher trained in Instinctive Meditation, a refreshingly natural approach to meditation developed by Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine. This style encourages each person to connect with their own inner rhythm using breath, sensation, visualization, and even movement. It’s not about clearing your mind—it’s about coming home to yourself. Many of our Team MBB instructors also teach Mindfulness Meditation, offering grounded practices that support calm, focus, and emotional regulation. We also offer Sound Healing as an optional add-on to your session!
Each session is tailored to your group’s energy and goals. Most run 30 minutes, though we offer longer formats up to 60 minutes. We can lead your meditation in a conference room, on the beach, in your backyard, or virtually—wherever your people gather.

Next, decide how long you’d like your private group meditation experience to be, and reach out with your preferred date, time, and location. You can also choose to add a Sound Bath to all or part of your meditation for an additional fee.
We welcome groups of all sizes—Mind Body Badass has led corporate and group meditation sessions for small teams of 3 all the way up to conferences with 200+ participants. Most of our Corporate Meditation sessions are led by Mind Body Badass founder Amy Baack, a 200-hour Certified Meditation Teacher trained in Instinctive Meditation. You may also be paired with one of our other trusted Team MBB instructors—each one insured and certified to deliver a calming, empowering, and accessible experience for every level.

Contact us to request the date, time, location, and group size for your desired Group Meditation Session. We are a mobile yoga studio and we’ll meet you at your office, event, or nearby park/beach. We can handle all necessary city park permits for hosting your class outside, or even host the session online internationally through Zoom.
Once you hear back from us to confirm availability, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an invoice to pay a deposit for your class via credit card or ACH. Then you’re all set to enjoy the rest!
