Every girls trip should like this. ✨ It’s one of t Every girls trip should like this. ✨ It’s one of those things that just makes sense (private yoga at your Airbnb) but that I never really thought about before. If I could go back in time, I would add a private workout to every vacation I’ve ever taken with my besties!⁣ ⁣ I mean, you put all that money and effort into booking a vacation rental house, and then you barely spend any time there. I wish I could say I thought of the idea, but Mind Body Badass only became a thing when I received an email from a bride to be in 2021 looking for a backyard flow in Temecula—my first bachelorette yoga class, and one that changed my life. 🥹⁣ ⁣ Now in 2026, MBB consists of me + my growing team of badass instructors. We serve all of Southern California and New Mexico (!). Our biggest market is currently Palm Springs—it’s THE place to Bach, and where I now live. Come visit!
