I’ll never forget when I first started building Mi I’ll never forget when I first started building Mind Body Badass and realized I couldn’t do everything myself… @move.with.danielle was the first person I trusted to step in and teach classes with me—and she’s been with MBB ever since! 💖 She is a true badass.⁣ ⁣ Danielle is a San Diego-based yoga + barre/Pilates instructor, sound healer, and retreat leader who brings the best energy into every space she teaches in. She’s grounded, intentional, and knows exactly how to make people feel both supported and challenged in the best way.⁣ ⁣ She’s also the founder of @getstretched_sd, offering hands-on stretch and recovery sessions (which our SD crew are obsessed with). Quick update on the San Diego Yoga Ban case: We me Quick update on the San Diego Yoga Ban case: We met with the court last Friday to see where things stand… and the City of San Diego is indeed appealing our win in the Ninth Circuit Court.⁣ ⁣ So the fight isn’t done, but neither are we. We’re still determined to protect the citizens of San Diego’s First Amendment right to gather in our public parks. Our classes are donation based, free and open for all to join. They cause no harm to anyone or anything, but the city wants to ban outdoor yoga altogether, also without providing the ability to get permits. We’ll be in litigation for another year, but for now we continue to be able to host donation classes like mine at Sunset Cliffs until this saga officially gets its (hopefully happy) ending.⁣ ⁣ 👉 Share this with a friend and keep the resistance alive!
